After several rumors and leaks in recent days, Sony has finally formalized the list of new games that will be included in the catalog PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium in March 2026. In total, nine new titles will join the subscription service: eight games for the main catalog and one additional classic reserved for Premium subscribers.
The flagship game of this new wave is none other than Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2a highly anticipated action title that will allow players to play as the famous Space Marine Titus in spectacular battles against hordes of Tyranids. All new games will be available from March 17, 2026.
Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 headlines
Among this month’s additions, Space Marine 2 is clearly the biggest release. This brutal action game immerses players in the dark and violent universe of Warhammer 40K. You play as Titus, a Space Marine tasked with repelling the Tyranid invasion. The title is particularly appreciated for:
- his spectacular fights
- its gameplay mixing shooting and melee
- its universe faithful to the Warhammer license
Its arrival in the PlayStation Plus catalog therefore constitutes an excellent opportunity for subscribers who have not yet discovered it.
Persona 5 Royal also joins the service
Another major addition: Persona 5 Royalone of the most complete versions of Atlus’ famous JRPG. Two versions of the game will be offered:
- Persona 5 Royal (PS5 / PS4)
- Persona 5 Royal Ultimate Edition (PS4)
The latter includes several downloadable contents, including:
- special costumes
- additional fights
- Additional personas
With its lengthy campaign and unique social simulation system, Persona 5 Royal remains one of the most popular JRPGs in recent years.
Several varied games complete the catalog
The March selection is not limited to big licenses. Sony has also included several titles with very different styles.
EA Sports Madden NFL 26 (PS5)
A very complete American football simulation that uses an artificial intelligence system based on data from real NFL matches.
Blasphemous 2 (PS5 / PS4)
The sequel to the dark and demanding metroidvania in which players take on the role of the Penitent.
Metal Eden (PS5)
An intense science fiction FPS where the Aska Hyper Unit goes on a mission to save a threatened colony.
The Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria (PS5)
A survival game that immerses players in Tolkien’s universe, with the objective of reconquering the mythical mines of the Dwarves.
Astroneer (PS5 / PS4)
A space exploration game that allows you to shape the soil of planets and build bases in a colorful universe.
A classic joins the Premium catalog
Subscribers PlayStation Plus Premium will also be entitled to an additional retro game. Sony adds Tekken Dark Resurrectiona classic from the PSP which joins the service’s collection of retro games. This modernized version allows you to rediscover one of the cult episodes of the famous fighting series.
