The “Cold Snap” event will start tomorrow (December 16) in ARC Raiderswith the arrival of a new condition which will change the Buried City, Spaceport, Training Ground and Blue Portal maps via the establishment of a hell of a blizzard. Snow will indeed come into play, but it will be far from being purely aesthetic here. The extreme cold caused by these climatic conditions will be important here, and frostbite damage will gradually weaken you..
You will therefore need to use your healing items sparingly and take shelter to avoid a slow death. You will also have to venture onto these maps in search of a plant, “Candleberry Bush”, which Sperenza desperately needs during this winter period. You can then exchange them for rewards, while the “Flickring Falmes” event will offer you other bonuses and test your endurance on 25 different levels.
Additionally, from December 26, “The Goalie” Raider Deck will be included in the game and will allow you to unlock a whole bunch of items, including a hockey outfit. The “Cold Snap” event will be available until January 13.
