The end of the year promises to be intense for Xbox Game Pass subscribers. Five new titles have already been announced for December 2025, with very varied genres ranging from space horror to narrative adventure, including roguelike and cooperative beat’em up. And it’s not over: other surprises should be revealed very soon.
“2025 was an incredible year for games available upon release on Xbox Game Pass.” And this last month is no exception, with programming that continues to strengthen the interest of the service for Xbox and PC players.
5 new Xbox Game Pass games to discover in December
“There are five games confirmed for the Game Pass December 2025 lineup”. Here is the program:
- Marvel Cosmic Invasion – December 1
Third-person, action-oriented cooperative game with beat’em up combat in the Marvel universe. “Marvel Cosmic Invasion’s co-op beat ’em up action” - Lost Records: Bloom & Rage – December 2
Narrative adventure centered on memory, friendship and buried secrets. - Routine – December 4
Long-awaited first-person sci-fi horror, available on PC Game Pass and Ultimate. - A Game About Digging a Hole – December 9
Quirky game that does exactly what its title promises: dig a hole. Already praised for its originality on Steam. - Dome Keeper – December 9
Roguelike platform with a visual style reminiscent of Metroid, mixing exploration and survival.
Games removed from the catalog on November 30
Like every month, a few titles leave Xbox Game Pass to make room for new releases. Note among the imminent releases:
- Barbie Project Friendship
- Lords of the Fallen (2023)
- Octopath Traveler
- Octopath Traveler 2
- SteamWorld Build
If you were still planning to finish them, it’s probably too late for the longer games, especially the Octopathbut there is still a little time to try them.

Fans of surprises can also check the date of December 11 : THE Game Awards will undoubtedly be an opportunity for Xbox to announce new additions to the catalog, as has been the case in previous years.
