With the opening of an official website, it was announced today that the manga series “Junket Bank” is getting an anime adaptation as a TV series. You can see a first visual further down in this article.
Starting in October 2026
»Junket Bank« is being created under the direction of director Seiji Kishi (“Classroom of the Elite”) in Studio Cue. Makoto Fukami (“Heavenly Delusion”) is writing the script, while Masanori Shino is contributing character design.
The main roles of the Japanese voice cast include Souma Saitou (Kenshin Himura in “Rurouni Kenshin”) as Shin Mafutsu and Rikuya Yasuda (Carl in “BEASTARS”) as Akira Mitarai. The drama series will premiere in Japan in October 2026.
The original manga series of the same name was written by Ikkou Tanaka and has been published in the “Shuukan Young Jump” magazine since July 2020. The publishing house Shueisha has brought 20 volumes onto the Japanese market so far.
