The start of »Haibara’s Teenage New Game+« has been confirmed + teaser


On the X account of the anime adaptation of “Haibara’s Teenage New Game+” (Japanese: “Haibara-kun no Tsuyokute Seishun New Game”) it was announced today that the series will start in April 2026. You can watch a first teaser below.

»Haibara’s Teenage New Game+« is being created under the direction of director Misuzu Hoshino (“Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable!”) at Studio Comet. Keiichirou Oochi (“Magic Maker: How to Make Magic in Another World”) is writing the script, while Hiromi Ono (“Rinkai!”) is contributing the character design.

The main roles of the Japanese voice cast include Kanon Takao (Meme Kakure in “The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, REALLY Love You”) as Hikari Hoshimiya and Yuuto Uemura (Phil Ashe in “Moonrise”) as Natsuki Haibara.

The original light novel series of the same name written by Kazuki Amamiya has been published in Japan since December 2021 with illustrations by Gin. A manga adaptation by Misaomaru started in June 2023 in “Comic Fire” magazine.
