On Max’s side, everything indicates that she will try to get out of Vecna’s memories, perhaps via the caves of Nevada. This cursed place, where Henry Creel was corrupted as a child, could hold the key to permanently destroying the Mind Flayer.
Finally, with the return of Eight, an unprecedented alliance is emerging: Eleven, Will and Kali could unite their powers in a final fight. Especially since Vecna has now kidnapped twelve children, whom he perhaps intends to link to the Hive Mind, just like him.
