A new teaser for the upcoming 29th film was published today on the official X account of the “Detective Conan” film series. You can find the video below.
Starting in April 2026
The 29th film, entitled “Fallen Angel of the Highway” (Japanese: “Highway no Datashi”) and premiering in Japanese cinemas on April 10, 2026, is being directed by Takahiro Hasui (“YAIBA”) at the TMS Entertainment studio. The first details about the history of the new film can be found below the video.
The last evening filler, “Detective Conan: The Flashback of the One-Eyed Man,” opened in Japanese cinemas on April 18, 2025, before being shown in German cinemas in August 2025. A disc release has not yet been announced.
The associated series now includes more than 1,100 episodes and is shown in the original Japanese language with German subtitles in a simulcast on Crunchyroll. The publisher also releases these on DVD and Blu-ray.
