Hoping that this time the date doesn’t move
Replaced was long overdue. The 2.5D cyberpunk action game has been constantly postponed and has only been postponed from one year to the next since its announcement. It must be said that the project is ambitious, particularly through its artistic direction which flatters the retina. It therefore took time to reach the end of this vision, and this time has just come. Sad Cat Studios promised us that their game would arrive in spring 2026, but they lied. A nice lie, since Replaced will finally arrive a few days earlier, on March 12, 2026.
It is with a new trailer that we learn this good news, which also has the merit of showing us that the title still has as much personality, with a very unique character and a science of staging which is sure to impress.
As a reminder, Replaced immerses us in an alternate reality, within the 80s in an America marked by a nuclear catastrophe. Here you play not a human, but an AI stuck inside a body, who must discover the secrets of the Phoenix society, which is at the heart of several shenanigans and injustices.
Replaced will be available on PC via Steam, GOG and Epic Games Store, as well as on Xbox Series, notably via Xbox Game Pass.
