The new “I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World” special, which is currently unclear whether it is a direct sequel or a side story, will air on March 30, 2026 in a one-hour time slot on Japanese television. This will be available on demand in Japan on March 29, 2026.
Studio Millepensee is once again responsible for the production, with Shin Itagaki (“With You, Our Love Will Make It Through”), who worked as chief director on the main series, directing and writing the script.
The previous 13-part series ran in simulcast on Crunchyroll from April to June 2023 and is now also available there in German in addition to the original sound. A Blu-ray complete box went on sale in July 2024.
