Crunchyroll announces three new simulcast licenses


The streaming service Crunchyroll announced three new simulcast licenses at AnimeJapan 2026. We summarize all the details below.

Three new licenses

The new simulcast titles include the fantasy series “Heroine? Saint? No, I’m an All-Works Maid (And Proud of It)« and the second season of the RomCom series »You and I Are Polar Opposites«.

In addition, the VoD provider has just confirmed the sequel to the anime adaptation of »Sentenced to Be a Hero« secured, which will be broadcast on Japanese television at an as yet undisclosed date.

“Heroine? Saint? No, I’m an All-Works Maid (And Proud of It)!” starts in July 2026 on Japanese television and at Crunchyroll with subtitles in simulcast.
