As the community eagerly awaits update 3.0 scheduled for January 15, Nintendo has launched a burst of free content for all Animal Crossing: New Horizons players. At the start of the year, three new personalized designs are available for download: a flag, a hat and a hoodie in the colors of 2026. These elements feature festive designs reminiscent of fireworks, perfect for dressing your island in the colors of the New Year.
Here’s how to download the new free content
To access these gifts, you will need to have an active subscription to the Nintendo Switch Online service and have unlocked the Fairy Finger Sisters store. Once these conditions are met, go to the personalized pattern creation terminal. From there, you will be able to enter the codes for the following models:
- Knitted hat 2026 – MO-4BF9-FR90-X513
- 2026 Hoodie – MO-05W4-BPK8-3R2F
- 2026 Flag – MO-T5KK-WX8Y-VKP0
It is also possible to enter the identifier of the official Nintendo creator (MA-6818-1746-6029) to view all of the designs offered by the firm. Once you find the pattern, select “Save” and the content will automatically be added to your Custom Patterns app on the Nook Phone.
A 3.0 update full of new features expected on January 15
Scheduled for January 15, 2026, Animal Crossing: New Horizons update 3.0 promises many developments.
