It was announced today on the X account of the anime adaptation of “Hell’s Paradise” (Japanese: “Jigokuraku”) that the second season will start on January 11, 2026 on Japanese television. There is also a new visual, which you can find below.
Simulcast on Crunchyroll
The sequel to “Hell’s Paradise” is again being directed by Kaori Makita (“Kakegurui Twin”) at Studio MAPPA. Akira Kindaichi (“Demon Slave”) is writing the script, while Kouji Hisaki is designing the characters.
The streaming service Crunchyroll shows the new episodes in the original Japanese language with German subtitles in a simulcast. However, it has not yet been confirmed whether there will also be a German dubbed version.
The 13-part first season ran in Japan between April and June 2023 and can already be streamed in full in German and Japanese. It is also available in two volumes with a collector’s slipcase on DVD and Blu-ray.
