With the opening of an official website, it was announced today that the manga series “Pardon the Intrusion, I’m Home!” (Japanese: “Tadaima, Ojamasaremasu!”) is receiving an anime adaptation in the form of a TV series. We summarize.
Start next year
The new RomCom anime is being directed by Itsuki Imazaki (“Hensuki”), who also wrote the script together with Makoto Takada (“Try Knights”), at the Tatsunoko Production studio. Shunsuke Kikuchi creates the character design.
The main roles of the Japanese voice cast include Kana Hanazawa (Lycia Plaid in “As a Reincarnated Aristocrat”) as Rinko Nakame and Kaito Ishikawa (Nagi Umino in “A Couple of Cuckoos”) as Akito Satsuki. Haruki Ishiya (Henry Williams in “I’ll Become a Villainess Who Goes Down in History”) voices Haruma Usada.
It is expected to begin airing on Japanese television sometime next year. A specific date is still pending.
The original manga series of the same name was written by watomura and has been published in Solmare Henshuubu’s “Koisuru Soiree” magazine since October 2020. The work is available in English through MangaPlaza.
