Free Play Days are back on Xbox, and this October 2025 edition is particularly talked about. Until Saturday October 26 inclusive, five games are available for free, including one of the biggest titles of the year: EA Sports FC 26. Added to this is a sliding game, a real estate simulation and two horror experiences designed for Halloween. Here’s everything you need to know to take advantage of it.
EA Sports FC 26: a highly anticipated first free period
This is the first time that EA Sports FC 26released in September, becomes playable for free. This new opus of Electronic Arts’ football simulation offers a redesigned experience around the mode Manager Livewith dynamic scenarios to unlock on the ground. This is the ideal opportunity to test out its new products without paying anything.
The game is available to all Xbox users, whether subscribed or not, until October 26.
Games for all tastes: extreme sport, renovation, horror
Four other titles complete the selection of this edition:
- Descenders Next : an extreme sports game mixing snowboarding and mountainboarding in demanding environments. Perfect for adrenaline lovers.
- House Flipper 2 : the sequel to the house renovation hit. Buy, restore and resell properties, alone or with friends.
- Phasmophobia : cult multiplayer hit, this cooperative game immerses you in paranormal investigations with ghost hunting equipment.
- The Outlast Trials : a terrifying dive into an experimental laboratory during the Cold War era. Gore, stress and survival on the program.
