On the official X account of the anime adaptation of “The Fable” it was announced today that the series will be continued with a second season. You can see a first visual further down in this article.
First season on Disney+
The second season of “The Fable” is again being directed by Ryousuke Takahashi (“Young Black Jack”) at the Tezuka Productions studio. Yuuya Takashima is writing the script, while Saki Hasegawa is contributing character design.
The main roles of the Japanese voice cast once again include Kazuyuki Okitsu (Maximillian Castiel in “The Holy Grail of Eris”) as Fable and Miyuki Sawashiro (Brunhilde in “Record of Ragnarok”) as Youko Satou.
The 25-episode first season of “The Fable” was broadcast on Japanese television between April and September 2024 and is available on demand in the original language with German subtitles on the Disney+ streaming service.
