Start date of the second “Aoashi” season + trailer


It was announced today on the X account of the anime adaptation of “Aoashi” that the second season will be broadcast in Japan from October 4, 2026. You can find a first trailer and a new visual below.

The second “Aoashi” season is being directed by Kazuki Yokoyama (episode director for “YAIBA”) at the TMS Entertainment studio. Masahiro Yokotani (“Makeine”) is writing the script, while Junko Yamanaka is contributing character design.

The main roles of the Japanese voice cast again include Kouki Oosuzu (Shashou in “A Terrified Teacher at Ghoul School!”) as Ashito Aoi and Chikahiro Kobayashi (Legoshi in “Beastars”) as Tatsuya Fukuda.

The 24-episode first season ran on Japanese television from April to September 2022. Crunchyroll offers all episodes in the original language with German subtitles on demand and has recently made the first twelve episodes available in German.
