The two streaming providers ADN and aniverse recently announced that the anime adaptation of “Tougen Anki: Legend of the Cursed Blood” will receive a German language version. We summarize.

The first six episodes of “Tougen Anki: Legend of the Cursed Blood” will be available with German dubbing from November 13th, 2025 on ADN and from November 14th, 2025 on aniverse. It is still unclear whether Crunchyroll and Netflix will also include the German dubbing in their programming.
All four aforementioned VoD platforms have been showing the series, which will consist of a total of 24 episodes, in Japanese with German subtitles in simulcast since July 2025. New episodes appear weekly on Friday afternoons.
Studio Hibari is responsible for producing the action anime, with Ato Nonaka (episode director for “Fate/Zero”) directing and Hiroyuki Hashimoto (“Classroom of the Elite”) serving as assistant director.
