A not-so-innocent schedule
The timing works out well. Activision hopes to make us look away from Battlefield Redsec by offering us play the different multiplayer and Zombies modes of Call of Duty Black Ops 6from today until November 3.
Naturally, the publisher will argue that this is to prepare the public for the release of the next Black Opsbut no one is fooled. This is about trying to steal a little attention so that Battlefield Redsec starts more timidly, even if it will take much more to distract the community from this event release.
Nightmare in your multi
And since we are talking about Call of Dutyhow can we not focus on the advertising which provoked universal questioning among the French public. Used to hiring Hollywood stars to promote his license (something parodied by Battlefield 6), see Internet personalities, Activision has truly changed its tune to promote Call of Duty Black Ops 7 in our country.
The publisher has indeed made the more than surprising choice to promote its game via Philippe Etchebestchef who needs no introduction. For what ? Well, no one knows, except for the indisputable charisma of the chef, who appears today in two advertisements. What a time.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is scheduled for November 14 on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series (and via Game Pass Ultimate and PC).
