The matchmaking system has changed to better separate PvE and PvP players

The trigger-happy on one side, the most cooperative on the other

This was what the community had been assuming for a few days, and it has now been confirmed by Embark Studios CEO Patrick Söderlund during an interview with GamesBeat (as relayed by Eurogamer).

From now on, matchmakingARC Raiders attempts to identify the people who most closely match your play style, whether PvE or PvP. In other words, if you encourage mutual aid and camaraderie, you will be less likely to come across people with bad intentions. If, on the other hand, you like to play the little trickster, other people who favor PvP will be able to cross your path more easily. And of course without forgetting to group people of the same level together:

So if you prefer PvE and have less conflict with other players, you will find it easier to find people like you. Of course, this is not an exact science. »

You will therefore reap what you sow, even if you will not be safe from bullets in the back during your expeditions, so as not to take away all the tension that there may be during a meeting.

ARC Raiders is available on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series.
