A little investigation, a lot of parade
Presented for the very first time last May, Silver Palace reappears today at the dawn of its closed beta, placed under the name “Monotype”. Registrations for the latter are now closed, and Silver Studio wants to show us what awaits those who are lucky enough to be able to try the game.
We are therefore entitled to more than 5 minutes of gameplay images, which present all aspects of the game. The video focuses on the look of the characters as well as on the universe as well as on the story that we are going to follow, or even on the different menus (which are also very successful), while we discover some gameplay elements, such as a clue search sequence, which fits with the identity of the investigator that we will follow throughout this adventure.
This trailer ends with a big gameplay demonstration, and here, there are few surprises, even if we see that the game will give a very important place to the parry mechanic, which must be activated with the right timing.
Still no release date for this Silver Palace (planned on PC and mobile)but the beta should allow the studio to have a more precise idea of the schedule to keep.
