Rockstar details on its official website the benefits currently offered to GTA+ subscribers. Members can collect for free:

To get it, simply go to the Vinewood Car Club Showroom and claim the vehicle. Subscribers also get early access to the Grotti Itali Classic one week before other players, with a 20% discount on sport-classic models from the 80s.
