Disney+ shows “Snowball Earth” in a simulcast


The streaming service Disney+ today added the anime adaptation of “Snowball Earth” to its program and is now showing it in a simulcast. We summarize.

The first episode of “Snowball Earth” is now available in the original sound with subtitles on Disney+. Another episode appears every Friday at 5:30 p.m. At the same time, the episodes will be released on Crunchyroll.

Studio KAI is responsible for producing the 13-part anime series, with Munehisa Sakai (“Zombie Land Saga”) directing and Shigeru Murakoshi (“Apocalypse Hotel”) writing the script.

The original manga series of the same name written by Yuuhirou Tsujiji has been published in »Gekkan!« since January 2021. Spirits magazine in Japan. The sci-fi work is available in this country with a German translation from the publisher Altraverse.
