You thought you’d seen everything about Faerûn in Baldur’s Gate 3? Wizards of the Coast proves you wrong. To celebrate the imminent release of two new reference books, the publisher is offering players a new, short and terribly immersive adventure, to download for free on D&D Beyond. Entitled “The Dark Stone,” this level 3 quest propels adventurers into a village haunted by a mysterious magical plague.
The action takes place in Helmsdale, a small town struck by a strange illness. Residents suspect a nearby quarry of being the cause of the scourge. Your characters will have to dive into this disturbing environment to lift the veil on this curse. An ideal atmosphere as Halloween approaches.
