The publisher peppermint anime recently announced that the new film in the series “Assassination Classroom” (Japanese: “Ansatsu Kyoushitsu”) will receive additional cinema screenings. We summarize the details.
More cinema screenings
The original plan was to show “Assassination Classroom the Movie: Our Time” only in German and in the original version on April 25, 2026 in selected cinemas. However, due to popular demand, additional screenings have been scheduled for this week. You can find a current cinema list below.
The approximately 87-minute-long evening filler adapts previously unrealized content from Yuusei Matsui’s manga series. The film premiered on March 20, 2026 in Japan and was produced by Studio Lerche.
“Assassination Classroom” previously included two series seasons and a compilation film. In April 2026, a new Blu-ray complete box with all episodes of the first season was released. Netflix offers the series on demand.

Action:
The outsider class 3-E is supposed to kill their own teacher: a tentacle-like creature that destroyed the moon and wants to destroy the earth in a year. But despite his overwhelming speed, he is not only almost invincible, but also their best teacher.
