Since its release, ARC Raiders has accumulated positive feedback, but also criticism on some recurring bugs. With update 1.1.0 released this November 6, 2025, Embark Studios addresses several of these frustrations.
Among the most notable fixes, players will no longer be able to pass through walls using deployable objects – a widely exploited flaw. Additionally, an issue preventing the built-in shield from recharging when equipped has been resolved, as have buffing or health regeneration skills not always triggering correctly.
The update also fixes a bug blocking the validation of the “Great Traveler” achievement and now prevents the installation of barricades too close to the zip line exits, avoiding abuse at the end of the game.
A pre-order bonus and new cards
Alongside these fixes, a small cosmetic bonus has appeared: the Punch Hands emote, reserved for players who have pre-ordered ARC Raiders, is now available in-game. This visual nod reinforces the community aspect of the title, which has been very active since its launch.
But it is especially on the side of the map conditions that players will find something new. Three new environmental situations will enrich the games from Saturday:
- Hidden bunker
- Night Raid – Blue Door
- Electromagnetic storm
Each of these conditions modifies the dynamics of the game and promises more varied confrontations. They should renew the interest of veterans and newcomers alike in ARC Raiders.
ARC Raiders continues to evolve
Despite its recent arrival on the market, ARC Raiders has established itself as a reference. According to Metacritic, it is the highest-rated multiplayer shooter in almost a decade. This new patch confirms the studio’s desire to continuously improve the experience, by listening to the community and optimizing the gameplay.
For regular players as well as for those who are still hesitant to get started, this update 1.1.0 makes ARC Raiders more stable, more complete and even more immersive.
