Steve vs. Homer
This second film Minecraft is therefore scheduled to hit American theaters on July 23, 2027. We have time to see it coming, and perhaps that is why nothing has been shared regarding the plot of this sequel. Only a first poster showing two picks was shown at the same time as the announcement of the date, and fans will no doubt say that they represent Steve and Alex. We should find the same cast as for the first episode, both in front of and behind the camera, with director Jared Hess.
Note that this film will find itself in direct competition with the second film The Simpsonswhich will be released on the same date. Unless these two behemoths targeting the same family audience want to confront each other, one of them will certainly move, but it remains to be seen who.
See you in summer 2027 to see if this Minecraft 2 will at least have the merit of being more imaginative than the first.
