Ubisoft is selling off its two best games for €6, the offer expires soon

As part of its early Black Friday dealsUbisoft is selling off several major games from its catalog. The offer only concerns PC platform via Ubisoft Connectand excludes consoles. These are not the most recent titles, but rather previous generation gamesamong which we find:

  • Assassin’s Creed Odyssey
Acclaimed open-world RPG, direct sequel to Origins.
    🟢 Metacritic rating: 83–87
  • Assassin’s Creed Origins
The first major RPG turn in the series, much appreciated for its Egyptian atmosphere.
    🟢 Metacritic rating: 81–85
  • Ghost Recon Breakpoint
Disappointing sequel to Wildlands, criticized upon release but largely updated since.
    🔴 Metacritic rating: 56–62
  • Watch Dogs 2
Considered the best opus in the Watch Dogs saga.
    🟠 Metacritic rating: 75–81
  • Watch Dogs Legion
Controversial third part, but ambitious with its multi-character gameplay.
    🟠 Metacritic rating: 66–74

It is about games originally sold between €40 and €60now offered at 6 € only. In some cases, it is even their lowest historical price.

Who is this promotion for?

This offer is clearly designed to:

  • THE PC gamers who missed these titles when they were released.
  • Those who seek to fill their library at a low price.
  • Lovers of open world gamesinfiltration or RPG.

Warning: cult series like Far Cry, Rainbow Six, The Division, Rayman or Prince of Persia are not included in this wave of promotions.

Another important limitation: games are not offered on Steam, Epic Games or consoles. It is imperative to go through the Ubisoft Connect launcherwhich can be a hindrance for some players.

A good plan for latecomers… but not for everyone

Even though these are not the most recent games in the Ubisoft catalog, some of these titles remain highly recommendedespecially at this price. Odyssey, Origins and Watch Dogs 2 are the strongest of the lot, both for their content and for their longevity.

On the other hand, Ghost Recon Breakpoint And Watch Dogs Legion deserve a little more caution: they divide critics and the public, even if they are perhaps worth a second chance at this rock-bottom price.

In all cases, the offer remains active until December 2. If you were looking for inexpensive games to occupy your long winter evenings, now is a good time to take a look at the Ubisoft Connect catalog.
