»Witch Hat Atelier« is getting a second season + simulcast


On the X account of the anime adaptation of “Witch Hat Atelier” (Japanese: “Tongari Boushi no Atelier”) it was announced today that the series will soon be continued with a second season. You can find a picture of the announcement below.

Simulcast on Crunchyroll

The second season of “Witch Hat Atelier” will premiere on Japanese television and on Crunchyroll in simulcast at an as yet undisclosed date. Further details, such as who will be involved in the production, are still pending.

The 13-episode first season, which aired from April 6th to June 22nd, 2026, was directed by Ayumu Watanabe (“Komi Can’t Communicate”) in the BUG FILMS studio. Jun Shinohara (“Metallic Rouge”) served as assistant director.

Crunchyroll offers all previous episodes based on the manga series of the same name by Kamome Shirahama, both in the original dubbing with German subtitles and with German dubbing, on demand.
