The studio behind Peak reminds that each free content update is “a bonus, not a right”

When the public becomes a little too demanding

In the age of service games that have to chain update after update to hope that their community does not leave the ship, part of the public is starting to ask for this same treatment for any game. This is what happened around peakgiving the opportunity for Landfall to set the record straight. When an Internet user began to accuse the “ idleness » studios not to update peak quite quickly, Landfall responds aptly:

Peak has had so many updates though! Neither we nor Aggro Crab are service game studios, any updates are a bonus, not a right. »

It is indeed difficult to criticize a game like Peak for the lack of follow-up (especially since this is not the case here), insofar as no big promise was made for this little game sold for less than €8. If structural updates can legitimately be requested when a game encounters technical problems, it seems quite capricious to request more content from a game like peakespecially for small studios.
