Every week, the Epic Games Store offers a new selection of free games for PC gamers. This program often allows you to discover a variety of titles while saving a significant amount of money.
The new rotation of free games has just been revealed. Two titles can be picked up at no cost for a limited time, and one of them includes a particularly generous premium content pack.
Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms Free with $100+ Bundle
The first game available for free this week is Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms. This title is directly inspired by the world of Dungeons and Dragons and mixes strategy and management.
The principle of the game consists of recruiting emblematic characters from the D&D universe in order to build a team capable of facing waves of enemies. The official synopsis describes the concept of the game as follows: “Recruit legendary champions for the ultimate, never-ending adventure.”
The game’s description goes on to explain: “Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms is a strategic management game that brings together iconic champions from D&D RPG campaigns, video games, novels, plays, comics, and TV series in one grand adventure.”
The gameplay is mainly based on team management and formation optimization. The game thus promises numerous strategic possibilities. As its official description also states: “Optimize your formations with more than 140 Champions, each with unique abilities, to defeat countless monsters across hundreds of adventures.”
Players will therefore have to experiment with different combinations to progress in the many missions offered. The game finally states: “Mastery requires pushing the boundaries of formations with each adventure – only the most powerful formations will be able to meet the greatest challenges that Idle Champions has to offer.”
A premium content pack included in the offer
Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms is normally a free game. However, the current offer on the Epic Games Store includes a premium content pack worth more than $100. Players who download the game will receive the Raistlin Fame Pack.

Turnip Boy Robs a Bank also available for free
The second game offered this week is Turnip Boy Robs a Bank, developed by Snoozy Kazoo. This game adopts a much more humorous tone and offers a roguelite experience centered on an improbable heist. Players take on the role of Turnip Boy, a character who teams up with the Pickled Gang to carry out a heist in the Botanical Bank.
Players will have to take hostages, steal valuable items, and fight different enemies while exploring the bank’s vaults. The game usually retails for $14.99. When released in 2024, it received a rating of 82 on MetaCritic.
A limited offer until March 12
As always with the Epic Games Store’s weekly promotions, these games will not remain available indefinitely. Players have until March 12 at 11 a.m. ET to add these two titles to their library. Once recovered, the games remain permanently associated with the player’s Epic Games account. The selection of free games will then be renewed. Epic Games has already confirmed that the next titles offered will be Cozy Grove and Isonzo.
