“Yuna & Stitch” gets a weekday slot on the Disney Channel


After today’s special, the Japanese anime production “Yuna & Stitch” will receive a permanent slot on the Disney Channel’s weekday program in a few weeks. We summarize.

From June 2026

“Yuna & Stitch” will air on Disney Channel from June 8, 2026, Monday to Friday at 4:20 p.m. At the start of regular broadcasting, the series starts again with the first episode. The free-to-air channel is already showing the first seven episodes as part of a special program between 4:10 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

The 81-part series, which has the title “Stitch!” in the Japanese original, was directed by Masami Hata (“The Ping-Pong Club”) in the MADHOUSE studio. It was first broadcast between 2008 and 2011.

The anime is currently not available on Disney+, but some of it can be purchased on Prime Video.
