TOGGO plus is showing “Dragon Ball DAIMA” as a TV premiere


After the RTL media group recently purchased numerous new anime series and films for its streaming service RTL+, a new title has now been announced for linear television: “Dragon Ball DAIMA”.

From May 2026 on TOGGO plus

The latest series in the “Dragon Ball” franchise, which consists of a total of 20 episodes and premiered in Japan from October 2024 to February 2025, will run on TOGGO plus from May 4, 2026 from Monday to Friday at 9:15 p.m.

TOGGO plus is a free-to-air timeshift channel that broadcasts SUPER RTL’s TOGGO program one hour later until 9:15 p.m. This is followed by a separate night program in which a teleshopping segment is broadcast between 9:45 p.m. and 2:30 a.m.

TOGGO plus is currently also showing the anime series “Pokémon Horizonte” (Saturday at 1:20 p.m.), “Pokémon Journeys” (daily at 2:30 a.m. and until May 3, 2026 at 9:15 p.m.) and “Beyblade X” (Saturday at 8:20 p.m.).

It is not yet known whether the individual episodes of “Dragon Ball DAIMA” will be made available for streaming after broadcast on the TOGGO website or on RTL+. We’ll keep you updated.

The video-on-demand services ADN, Crunchyroll and Netflix already offer all episodes in the original sound with subtitles on demand.
