For the ranking below, we used data from MyAnimeList, the largest anime lists and reviews website. The decisive factor was the status as of May 15, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. as well as the number of users who saved the respective characters as favorites.
All characters from completely new anime series as well as sequels that premiered in the spring 2026 season were taken into account. Series that started before April 2026 were not included.
