A relaxed adventure to rebuild a Pokémon paradise
In Pokémon Pokopia, we play as a Metamorph who takes human form after a long sleep, under the advice of the Pokémon Professor Bouldeneu, himself supportive of the task. Namely to recreate a deserted place, formerly inhabited by many humans and Pokémon. The goal is to rebuild this lost world, by harvesting resources, learning skills from other Pokémon, and creating a habitat where everyone can find their place..
The announced mechanics emphasize customization, interaction and construction. Ditto can learn to use skills such as Rock Smash to destroy obstacles, Foliage to grow vegetation, Surf to cross water, or Glide to cross obstacles. The game takes place in an evolving environment where each choice (responding to Pokémon requests, developing habitats, etc.) will have an impact on the development of the place.
You will also be able to decorate the interior of your house with various different furniture and decorations. The trailer also shows us some customization options for your human Metamorph, as well as a bit of gameplay cooperatively for up to four players. The game is also compatible with GameShare function :

Finally, the trailer reveals several new Pokémon such as :
- Pale Pikachu: a Pikachu with pale fur and floppy ears,
- Mossy Snorlax: a moss-covered Snorlax with a flower ready to bloom on its head,
- Master Queulorior: A brightly colored Queulorior, using his tail like a paintbrush.
Pokémon Pokopia will be available from March 5, 2026 exclusively on Nintendo Switch 2.
