PS Plus: December games leak, and it’s heavy

The surprise didn’t last long, but it was enough to ignite the forums and social networks. Last week, PS Plus subscribers saw several new titles in their library, before they mysteriously disappeared. If nothing has been officially confirmed by Sony, speculation is rife: a PS Store error could have leaked some of the games planned for November and December 2025.

Among the games spotted by users is Grand Theft Auto V, announced as “coming soon to PS Plus Extra from November 18” by a generally well-informed source. But that’s not all.

Games briefly visible… then deleted

Screenshots shared on Reddit show that Tintin Reporter: Cigars of the Pharaoh, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III And Naruto X Boruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections have temporarily appeared in the PS Plus catalog. All these games were inaccessible but indeed listed as part of the offer.

Added to this is another intriguing discovery: three new games have appeared in the monthly selection PS Plus Essential for certain subscribers. It is about Rainbow Six Siege Deluxe Edition, House Flipper And Dragon Quest Builders 2. None of these titles had yet been offered via PS Plus, which further fuels the hypothesis of a leak.

Technical error or early disclosure?

At this stage, it’s impossible to say whether this is a simple display bug or a planned launch a little too early. The appearance and then removal of these games suggests involuntary manipulation, without communication from Sony. You will have to wait until Wednesday November 12date announced for the official reveal of the new PS Plus Extra and Premium features of the month.

PlayStation Store-related leaks are not uncommon, but they remain unpredictable. For subscribers, they offer an exciting – or frustrating – taste of what the subscription could offer in the weeks to come. All that remains is to wait to find out if these titles will actually be part of the official selection.
