ProSieben MAXX changes anime broadcast times in the afternoon

Entries in the ProSieben MAXX program schedule show that the free TV channel will be restructuring its afternoon anime program in a few weeks. We summarize.

From March 10, 2026

Until March 9, 2026, the weekday anime block begins at 4:50 p.m. with two episodes of “One Piece,” followed by two “Dragon Ball” episodes from 5:40 p.m., an episode of “One Piece: Fish-Man Island Saga” at 6:30 p.m. and an episode of “Detective Conan” at 6:55 p.m.

With the conclusion of the repeat of “One Piece: Fish-Man Island Saga”, a revised version of the “Fishman Island” arc from “One Piece”, ProSieben MAXX is changing the broadcast order of its series.

From March 10, 2026, there will be two episodes of the anime classic “Dragon Ball” to watch from Monday to Friday from 4:50 p.m. before the TV premiere of the seventh season of “My Hero Academia” continues at 5:35 p.m.

In the future, the two “One Piece” episodes will always run from 6:00 p.m. At the time of the program change, the plot was at the beginning of the “Fishman Island” arc, so that the original version runs immediately after the new version. The time slot for “Detective Conan” remains unchanged at 6:55 p.m.

All series are offered free of charge in the media library on Joyn for a few days after the respective TV broadcast, regardless of the broadcast time.
