PlayStation Plus Essential games will be available this Tuesday, March 3, 2026 during the day.
PGA Tour 2K25
For golf enthusiasts, head to the green with PGA Tour 2K25. The latest iteration of the famous series of golf simulations imagined by HB Studios and 2K Games, it invites us to show all our talent in swinging and putting by climbing the ranks of the discipline, from the smallest tournaments to major competitions including the PGA Championship, the US Open and the Open Championship. In addition to the traditional Career mode, several single-player and multiplayer game modes are present. Some will ask us to perform as our own avatar, while others will let us embody famous names in the sport, such as Tiger Woods, Max Homa and Matt Fitzpatrick to name a few.
Monster Hunter Rise
This is arguably the most important addition this month. Initially released in March 2021 as a Nintendo Switch exclusive, before arriving on other platforms subsequently, Monster Hunter Rise is an action-RPG designed by Capcom inviting us to go hunting for Monsters, solo or in a team of up to 4 players, in a universe inspired by feudal Japan and where we must protect the population living in the village of Kamura from a future tragedy called “the Calamity”. To achieve this, we must learn to master a nice range of diverse and varied weapons and tools in order to defeat the different and dangerous creatures that we will encounter on our route, like the Filoptère which gives us access to an incredibly rich range of movements. Also note that this is the first installment in the franchise where we can travel using adorable canine mounts: the Chumskys. Although less memorable than Monster Hunter World, this episode is a good entry point if you don’t yet know the saga. – Read the full test.
Slime Rancher 2
For those looking for a chill and colorful experience, PS Plus this month invites you to test the friendly Slime Rancher 2 from the American studio Monomi Park, released in version 1.0 in September 2025. Presented as a sandbox type adventure game (or sandbox in French), it puts us in control of Beatrix LeBeau, a slime breeder wishing to uncover all the secrets of the mysterious Rainbow Island. To this end, we must learn to intelligently exploit the many resources that we can collect on the premises, as well as take care of old and new types of Slimes, such as the agile Cotton Slime and the Angler Slime.
The Elder Scrolls Online Gold Road
Finally, Sony invites you to dive, or re-dive, into the unique fantasy universe of the MMORPG The Elder Scrolls Online through its latest expansion: Gold Road. Available since June 2024, it takes us to the Western Weald, a region located in the western sector of the province of Cyrodiil that you probably know if you have played The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion. Threatened by Ithelia’s imminent awakening, our mission is to defend her and Skingrad, the capital of Colovian territory. To achieve this, we have the possibility of using Writing, a new gameplay mechanic allowing us to more freely personalize our style of play. More concretely, it allows us to modify the primary, secondary and/or tertiary effects of the various special skills to unlock by progressing in the Campaign. Important clarification, the edition provided here does not only give you access to the expansion but also to the basic content and all the DLC which was subsequently deployed. In other words, you can discover, or rediscover, right now and at no additional cost all of the narrative arcs, lore and content of the MMORPG since its launch back in 2014. Suffice to say that you will have plenty to keep you busy!
