Pokémon Pokopia offers free exclusive gifts on Nintendo Switch, don’t miss them



The new Pokémon game Pokopia is now available and Nintendo is taking the opportunity to offer a series of free rewards to players. This initiative allows Nintendo Switch Online subscribers to collect several icons inspired by the Pokémon universe.

These rewards allow you to personalize your Nintendo Switch profile with iconic characters from the franchise. However, these items will not remain available indefinitely.

Free Pokémon icons for Nintendo Switch Online subscribers

To celebrate the release of Pokémon Pokopia, Nintendo has added a new set of icons to the Nintendo Switch Online app. In total, 11 icons inspired by the new game are offered to players. They include several well-known Pokémon from the franchise. Players can notably collect icons representing Pikachu, Bulbasaur or Queulorior.

Each icon can be obtained for 10 platinum points. In addition to the characters, the pack also includes frames and backgrounds inspired by Pokémon Pokopia. These items allow players to personalize their Nintendo Switch Online profile with a style inspired by the new game.

How to recover Pokémon Pokopia icons

To collect these rewards, players must go to the Nintendo Switch Online app on their console. Once the application is open, simply access the Missions and Rewards section. In this tab, players can exchange their platinum points for the different icons available.

these rewards will remain accessible until April 1st. The icons will also be refreshed every week during this period.

Players who wish to complete their collection must therefore collect the icons before the end of the event. Once added to the Nintendo Switch Online profile, they can be used to customize the appearance of the account.

Pokémon Pokopia is already attracting players

Pokémon Pokopia is a new life simulation game that mixes several inspirations from other popular games. The concept of the game consists of playing a Metamorph responsible for building a colony capable of welcoming different Pokémon from many generations. The game combines mechanics reminiscent of titles like Minecraft and Animal Crossing.

The first reviews are generally positive.
