A delay undoubtedly necessary
Initially planned for this year, the carrying ofElden Ring on Nintendo Switch 2 is a little behind schedule. It will only arrive in 2026and here again, Bandai Namco and FromSoftware do not want to venture into giving a more precise date for the moment:
“ While the development of Elden Ring Tarnished Edition is actively pursuing release, we have decided to delay the launch until 2026 to allow time to adjust performance. We apologize to players who are looking forward to the game and thank you for your patience and support. »
And it’s probably not any worse, given the criticism that there could be on this port. With this additional development time, of a duration still unknown, the teams will certainly be able to better optimize this version, for a game that deserves the greatest possible care.
Waiting for, Elden Ring is still available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series.
