Nintendo spoils everyone
For his film Super Mario GalaxyNintendo has drawn on all the Mario lore by bringing back certain characters like Bowser Jr. and Harmonie, who will be at the heart of this new feature film. But they won’t be the only ones. A new poster for the film was revealed today, and suggests the presence of an unexpected character to say the least.
We are talking here about Fox McCloud, protagonist of the forgotten license (by Nintendo) StarFoxwhich will therefore be present in the film Super Mario Galaxy. A little clue revealed in the last trailer suggested that the character could well appear, but we did not expect Nintendo to dedicate a poster to him, especially a week before the release. Nice way to ruin the surprise, unless the idea is to go talk to StarFox fans who weren’t initially planning to see the film. Is this a sign that other Nintendo licenses are to be expected, with a similar Smash Bros at the end of the race?
As a reminder, Super Mario Galaxy will be released in our cinemas on April 1st.
