The Japanese company Good Smile Company recently announced two new figures for the “Evangelion” franchise. The first pictures are below.
Release in March 2026
The new figures of Rei Ayanami and Asuka Shikinami Langley from the “Nendoroid Plus” series, designed by sculptor Matsuda Model, are made from the standard material PVC and are each approximately 8 centimeters tall.
The standard release is scheduled for March 2026 at a price of 1,300 yen (around 7.40 euros) each. Pre-orders will soon be possible at participating retailers. The actual selling price may vary slightly depending on the provider.
The 26-part original series “Neon Genesis Evangelion” was first broadcast from October 1995 to March 1996. A disc release of the anime classic and the “Rebuild of Evangelion” film series was released by publisher LEONINE Anime.
