AniMoon Publishing today announced new details about the multi-delayed disc release of “I’m Standing on a Million Lives,” originally scheduled for December 2025. We summarize below.
Release in August 2026
According to current plans, the first season of “I’m Standing on a Million Lives” will be released on August 7, 2026 as a Blu-ray complete box that includes all twelve episodes in German and Japanese. The second season follows on September 4, 2026.
The studio Maho Film was responsible for the production of the first season, with Kumiko Habara (“Doctor Elise: The Royal Lady with the Lamp”) directing and Takao Yoshioka (“Horimiya”) writing the script.
The streaming provider Crunchyroll has both seasons of the fantasy series, which were broadcast on Japanese television between October 2020 and September 2021, with German and Japanese language versions on demand.
