As part of the current “Ani-May” campaign, the streaming provider Crunchyroll has temporarily reduced its subscription prices – including for its Prime Video channel. We summarize the details below.
Until May 21, 2026
Until May 21, 2026, a “Fan” subscription, which offers full access to the Crunchyroll library, only costs 1.99 euros per month for the first three months. If you don’t cancel in time, you will then pay 8.99 euros per month.
Das »Mega Fan«-Abo, mit dem die Inhalte zusätzlich für unterwegs heruntergeladen werden können, gibt es im selben Zeitraum für 2,99 Euro pro Monat in den ersten drei Monaten. From the fourth month onwards, this regularly costs 11.99 euros per month.
Subscriptions taken out through Prime Video can be linked to an account on the Crunchyroll website here. This makes it possible to use both the channel and Crunchyroll itself.
It was only in February 2026 that Crunchyroll increased its subscription prices from 6.99 euros to 8.99 euros per month (“Fan”) or from 9.99 euros to 11.99 euros per month (“Mega Fan”) – now also for existing customers.
