First trailer for the fourth “TenSura” season + visual


A first trailer for the fourth season was released today on the official X account of the anime adaptation of “That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime.” You can find the video below.

Starting in April 2026

The fourth “TenSura” season starts on April 3, 2026 with the first two courses on Japanese television and in the original sound with subtitles on Crunchyroll in the simulcast. A total of five courses are planned.

The studio 8-Bit is once again responsible for the production, with Naokatsu Tsuda (“Dusk Beyond the End of the World”) directing and Kenji Yasuda (“Somali and the Forest Spirit”) acting as assistant director. The script is by Hitomi Ogawa (“The Case Book of Arne”) and the character design by Ryouma Ebata.

The opening song that can be heard in the trailer is titled “Esoragoto” and is sung by Eir Aoi. CiON contributes the ending song “Katsubou”. The streaming service Crunchyroll is showing the sequel with German subtitles in a simulcast.

All previous episodes of the anime series as well as the first film have been available on demand for some time. The second screen spin-off will be released in cinemas in Germany, Austria and Switzerland on April 28, 2026.
