Blizzard is not letting up the pressure at the end of the year. While the extension Lord of Hatred was revealed at The Game Awards 2025, the studio is setting the stage with a series of Twitch Drops to keep players engaged during Diablo 4 Season 11.
This time, it is a very specific cosmetic item that is highlighted: a weapon appearance named Barbute Hackerreserved for the Barbarian class. A sturdy design, inspired by the bloody battles of the Sanctuary, that can be picked up for free… but not for long.
Until December 26 only: how to get it?
The Twitch Drop is active from December 12 to 26, 2025, and there’s only one thing to do: watch two hours of content Diablo 4 on Twitch. No need to play or interact, just stay connected to a stream marked “Drops enabled”.
But be careful: for this to work, you must first link your Battle.net account to your Twitch account. Once both accounts are connected, follow these simple steps:
- Find a stream Diablo 4 with active Drops.
- Watch for two hours (in one or more sessions).
- Go to your Twitch inventory to validate the reward.
- Log in to Diablo 4 : the skin will appear in your wardrobe.
A limited cosmetic item, but interesting for the seasons to come
Even if you are not currently playing the Barbarian class, this skin is a smart addition to your collection. Once unlocked, it is linked to your account and available for future seasons, including the highly anticipated next one.
Indeed, Lord of Hatredscheduled for April 2026, will mark the great return of the class Paladin. In the meantime, Blizzard is keeping players interested with minor events, like this skin, but also with the current expansion divine intervention.
A good plan not to be missed (even if you don’t play Barbarian)
The biggest advantage here is obviously free. Unlike other cosmetics in the store, the Barbute Hacker doesn’t cost a single Platinum. Just leave a stream running while you work or play something else.
