The first two episodes of “Witch Hat Atelier” will be available in the original version and with a German dub on Crunchyroll from April 6, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. From now on, another episode will appear every Monday.
The studio BUG FILMS is responsible for the production of the fantasy series, with Ayumu Watanabe (“You are Ms. Servant”) directing and Jun Shinohara (“Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead”) acting as assistant director.
The underlying manga series was written by Kamome Shirahama and has been published in the “Morning Two” magazine in Japan since July 2016. The work is available with a German translation from Egmont-Verlag.
