It was announced today on the X account of the anime adaptation of “Witch Hat Atelier” (Japanese: “Tongari Boushi no Atelier”) that the series will start on Japanese television on April 6, 2026. You can find a new trailer below.

“Witch Hat Atelier” is directed by Ayumu Watanabe (“Summer Time Rendering”) at the BUG FILMS studio. Jun Shinohara (“My One-Hit Kill Sister”) serves as assistant director, while Kairi Unabara creates the character design.
The opening song entitled »Kaze no Anthem feat. suis from yorushika” comes from Eve (ending of “Blue Box”) and the ending song “Tada Utsukushii no Noroi” is contributed by Nakamura Hak. Crunchyroll is showing the anime in simulcast.
The original manga series of the same name by Kamome Shirahama has been published in “Morning Two” magazine in Japan since July 2016. The work is available from Egmont-Verlag under the title “Atelier of Witch Hat: The Secret of the Witches”.
