It was announced today on the X account of the anime adaptation of “Clevatess” that the second season will start on July 8, 2026. You can find a new trailer below.

The second season of “Clevatess” is once again being created under the direction of Kiyotaka Taguchi (monster design at “SSSS.DYNAZENON”) in the Lay-duce studio. Keigo Koyanagi is writing the script, while Souichirou Sako is creating the character design.
The opening song is titled “Foreshadow” and is written by Mayu Maeshima (opening song of “The Warrior Princess and the Barbaric King”). The ending song “Awake Anew” is sung by the duo MYTH & ROID (ending of “Re:ZERO”). Crunchyroll is showing the sequel with German subtitles in a simulcast.
The twelve-part first season ran on Japanese television from July to September 2025 and is already available on demand in its entirety in the German language version and in the original sound with German subtitles.
