The first rehearsal takes place today, with a demo
People of Note will tell us the story of Cadence, a musician who travels across the land of Note to find other friends to join her group, while facing a dark threat that is causing quite a stir in the world of music.
The game is an RPG that invites us to participate in turn-based combat that is based on a sense of rhythm. Beyond the fact that your attacks and skills are linked to music, this will also manifest itself through rhythm mini-games to complete during your actions, like mini-QTEs. You will therefore have to rely on the rhythm of the music to be more effective, and combine the talents of each character to create duets that will do more damage.
A fairly nice principle served by a rather solid production at first glance. It will soon be time to tune our instruments since People of Note will be available from April 7, on PC (Steam and Epic Games Store), PS5, Xbox Series and Nintendo Switch 2. The game will be sold at the price of €24.99. A demo is now available on Steam.
