Right in the heart of the heist
Since it has other fish to fry at the moment, Starbreeze Entertainment has entrusted its license Payday to another studio, just to minimize the risks. So it’s Fast Travel Games (Vampire: The Masquerade – Justice, Mannequin) who will take care of transposing the series to virtual reality with a Payday: Aces High which has just been announced.
This spin-off will therefore take up all the bases of the other games in the license, namely the preparation of heists (often violent), but this time with a helmet on the head for maximum immersion. Here we will play the members of the group The Aces, who will not hesitate to take revenge on a financial tycoon by robbing everything that belongs to him. With three other friends, you can infiltrate banks or museums and take advantage of a bunch of gadgets to achieve your goals.
This Payday: Aces High is currently only available on SteamVR headsets as well as Meta Quest headsets. No specific release date yet, but the game will arrive this year.
